Very very sad experience we had yesterday left this horrible place with a very sore heart. The condition these poor animals are living in are horrific. Monkeys in dark dirty cages with only little light? One sad macaw in a dark neglected cage, one rabbit on its own in a small cage , a few ducks in a tiny cage with a small watering bowl that’s so high they stand stretching their necks trying to drink water.. very very sad these animals should be removed.
The owner of Loolilocks seriously needs to get a clue on who he appoints as manager! Ryan is so rude, treats his staff like absolute crap. We used to spend so much weekly there now I will never step foot in that shop again!
I used to shop there often but the manager has completely put me off and I won’t be going back. He’s rude to staff and I’ve even heard him swear to them. The staff are all very kind but that manager… very disrespectful.
Really friendly staff. The monkey and little foxes could be better maintained. Very sad.

Very dissatisfied with the level of service Recieved today. Have always had a pleasant experience at Loolilocks previously. Just shows how important the staff you have representing your business are. The staff member kept shoving food in his mouth while attending to us, each question asked was replied with a mouth full of food or hand signals. Very disappointing.
