Petzone Boksburg (East Rand Value Mall)

I quite enjoy this store. It's a quaint store but very well stocked. This is one of the few petzone I have seen that are up to date with social media and newly released stocks. You have to wear a mask to enter this store. There is a sanitizer stand at the door.

Received great service. Wanted a metal autofeeder for my dogs, they didn't have the ones I wanted in stock, but they made an order and I picked up my goods in two days.

This store has the friendliest and most helpful personnel ever. The shop is always neat and whenever an item is sold out they go out of their way to accommodate you. Huge thank you especially to Jeanine, you are absolutely the best!

The most disgusting man, speaking to his staff while swearing and while I'm looking. When he saw me he is so sorry but with a giggle. This is totally unacceptable and I have started to tell people not to support this store. Does he have people skills and the necessary training to deal with customers? Hi is name is John and he is a pathetic person. I don't even speak to my workers like that. DISGUSTING¡!!!!!!

I have found this store to be very disappointing.... I have found that 9 times out of 10, they don't have much of a range of wet cat food, and today not even the Dry cat food... So, I've decided that I won't even waste my time and petrol going there in future.

I bought grant delight chinchilla food for PetZone in Rietfontein and 3 days after buying it, I lost my chinchilla. According to the brreader this is not proscribed for them and I am the 3rd person in 10 days that lost our chinchillas and we all baught this food. And the dried corn inside gives them a running tummy. This mix poisoned my chinchilla.

As an owner of a Pitbull it is not always easy to find collars that fit right. Went to the store where we where invited inside to fit a new collar for our dog. Thank you
