Toys R Us East Point Shopping Mall

PLEASE TAKE THIS MESSAGE AS PRIORITY COMPLAINT - I WOULD SUGGEST YOU INVESTICATE THE STAFF AT TOYS R US BOKSBURG AND WRONG PRICES GIVEN I was at the Boksburg branch in East rand mall. While im doing my shopping I took a photo of laser guns and sent to my hubby the photo. He said I can purchase the gift. When I go to the till it was a complely different price. I told the lady but it shows R299 on the price tag. She then send a guy that came back with another gun and said there is no price tag. I walked with them to the place where the guns where and then sudenly the price tag dissaprered. The guy said there was no price tag after I had proof that I even took a photo of it. I asked for them to check the cameras to see who took it down before I got there. The manager and the sales lady with another guy had their own converstation and made me a lyer after I showed them the pic with the price. They did not try and help me of phone to get it resolved or anything. What type of people do you hire to work for you???? I ended up not taking the laser guns. I feel that as a client the price was marked abviously wrong but to go to that extinct to make a client a liar after I have solid foto proof is disgusting. I would appreciate it if someone from HO will get back to me. The Sales ladies name is Rejoyce and the Manager Nicci.

Visited your branch as Toy Zone has closed. Unfortunatly nothing has changed with Toys R Us. The toys are still expensive. I found the same toys in Eastrand mall for much cheaper than even the toys said to be on special (and they not even toy shops). I unfortunatly still would cant recomended this shop. Pricing is found not to be competive to other stores.

Toys R Us at the East Point Shopping Center, East Rand Mall will make you feel like a child again. Great selection on toys, from collectibles to die cast Matchbox toy cars, you will find everything you are looking for here, and more. Visit Toys R Us and awaken your inner child. Not just for the kids, but something for the adults too. Will be back to get my wife the Special Edition 75 Year Barbie.

Was there yesterday to purchase a Dr station for my Daughter, and they were renovating and things were packed away in boxes. This lovely Indian lady (Rhoda) If I recall correctly that worked there assisted me so nicely. I always love to give credit where it is due, as we lack these qualities in stores. Keep it up, may you keep been amazing. 🌺💖

Great variety of products. The shopping experience was let down by your staff congregating in the aisle and shouting at each other and behaving like they're at a playground. Why are they shouting at each other and other staff in other aisles??? We had to move away so that I could speak to my wife! Ridiculous! Sort it out!

Huge place, pricey but great variety

I was in toys r us just before 10 , on 06/06/2025. Waited to pay but no staff in sight , another lady came in to do an exchange and no staff, after this lady started calling out for help 2 staff members came out of the office taking there time to help . Please get your staff proper training in how to treat clients.
