About Cats and Dogs - Sun Valley

Will not be returning any time soon, Use to be my go to pet store but the one lady named Amber is very rude and she gives dirty looks when ever i have a question. will be taking this further with there head office as its not the first time. i spend loads of money at the store and refuse to return while they still have such disrespectful working there. hopefully the owner does something soon

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great selection of stuff, thank you for a great shopping experience, x

terrible store to go to, when i first walked in the staff was too busy laughing to even acknowledge that im looking for assistance, A woman named Amber was very rude and ignorant, spent most of the time listening to her personal medical issues. wont be coming back anytime soon

Great store! Very helpful staff that are prepared to go the extra mile to help. Wide range of pet foods, treats, toys and beds. Well worth a visit to find something to spoil your furry friends.

The staff are so helpful and really go the extra mile. I love little leigh ! She knows how to run a store, lead by example and has so much knowledge on various breeds

They carry a very wide range of products, but what sets them aside for me is the awesome staff they have working there. They are professional, wonderfully friendly and extremely knowledgable.

Firstly this store do not display prices on their stock or on the shelf. Every time I go into the store I have to ask for the price and decide at the till wether I will take the item or not. Very irritating especially when shopping for the cheapest option. Secondly, I have been asked numerous times if I have a loyalty card and every time I say no, however I have never once been offered a card. There are so many pet stores in the area competing for business obviously this one doesn't need to.....
