Absolute Pets Canal Walk East

Placed an order online. Got an email to say order is ready to be delivered. 12 hours later no feedback. Called at 8h30 was told they are sorry and that the food would be delivered right away. 15h43 my order was deliverwd after paying R36 for same day delivery. Still waiting for my R36 to be credited to my account. Clearly my R1000 a month I spend they dont need so I will be spending my hard earned cash elsewhere moving forward. Useless!!!!!!!!!!

I love purchasing my fur-baby items at Canal Walk. Apart from loving the new design of the store, the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. But my feedback is specific to an online order I recently made - which was a first with Absolute Pets. It was super-easy to place my order. I was kept in the loop of the status of my delivery. My order was delivered by PicUp a few days ago. My online experience was seamless and efficient and will definitely consider placing future orders online, instead of going in-store.

Awesome store to pick up the things you need for your dogs. Staff are informative and helpful. They stock all the major brands that you expect for dogs and cats only. Lots of beds, toys, accessories are available. They also have a loyalty program that can be used at all branches.

One of the most frustrating pet shops to visit. Payday weekend, the mall is busy and there are 2 staff on duty. One would hope that helping customers would be priority number 1 but at Absolute pets it isn't. One poor staff member stuck behind the till doing all the leg work while the other wanders pointlessly around the store even while a busy line forms. Next time I'll go somewhere else to buy my Arcana as it's always a poor experience with wait times at the store in Canal Walk.

Worst service ever called ahead before placing an order on uber eats. The sales assistant had no product knowledge whatsoever. I'm disgusted after telling her I was going to place an order on the uber eats app my order gets kicked out.

This is my go to pet store to buy my Jack Russell's food, toys, treats, dewormer etc. If the shop is too busy, I go and do my other shopping first and leave the visit to the pet shop for last, because the big bag of food I do not want to schlep along with me. Thank you for all the good advice and suggestions from staff.

Awesome store. Staff extremely helpful. Morgan knows animals well and is well experienced and helpful. Keep it up guys.
