Absolute Pets Cape Gate

I always have such a pleasant experience when visiting Absolute Pets, Cape Gate. The 2 gentleman are always incredibly friendly, helpful and approachable, readily available to answer my questions and provide assistance. They effortlessly go the extra mile and always make me feel valued as a customer. Excellent client service gentleman!!

Absolute Pets Cape Gate offers incredible service. Willem and Anthony are always super helpful and friendly. If the store doesn’t have stock of something we need for our kitty cats they always try to find out if any of the other branches do. It's always a pleasure shopping here

I visited Absolutely Pets and left disappointed. After arriving shortly after opening, I found a sign saying they'd be back before 10:05 AM, even though the shop opened at 9:00 AM. I had to wait with no response when I tried calling. I eventually left, not willing to walk back to the shop. This wasn’t the first issue I've had with them. Despite asking twice for specific stock to be ordered, I’ve never received a callback, even though these products sell out quickly. I usually order four items, but when I arrive, there’s either nothing available, or I leave with just one. I'm not impressed with the service. Having more staff to avoid these inconveniences and better communication regarding stock would go a long way in retaining customers.

Cat (Christine) and Anthony always make it such a pleasure to go shopping for your fur babies. They are always so friendly and really helpful with product and food suggestions. You guys are awesome and the reason why I always go to your store! Thanks for being AMAZING!
