Best service I've received so far. Cashier was patient, informative and was able to give me what I needed and more. They have all kinds of supplies and I love their pet tags, had a few made in store within 10 minutes.
It’s small but I found the ideal bed for my dog after an extensive search! What truly elevated this experience was the exceptional service! The gentleman who assisted me was not only friendly but incredibly helpful, making this visit truly stand out.
Terrible service - Time and time again. I come here cause I live nearby. Every time I leave this branch my blood is boiling. So unfriendly, can’t even look you in the eye when you ask a question. Note to myself - drive to Garden Centre instead.
I got such excellent service from the two ladies I met at the store, they were so friendly, kind and gave me such useful information regarding my pet. I'm so satisfied with their service. Keep up the good work ladies.
Went to get a a tag engraved based on the website and I was informed the machine is broken so just a heads up don't go to this store if that is your goal.
Astronomical prices on Cat tins of mousse! Don't stock my Iams cat pellets. I've had better service at other branches.
