WHAT AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE. The lady behind the counter MEL is the best person working at an Absolute Pets store. I have been to many stores and all their staff cant communicate or talk. MEL makes you feel WELCOME and adds in a few jokes for the day. I am extremely happy i found this branch so close to me and will most definitely support this branch just because of this wonderful lady working there. THANK MEL.
Many people walk their dogs to this centre and one would think that a pet shop would have a bowl of water outside for dogs to drink (also good for marketing) ... today (Sunday 11th Feb) we walked our dogs there and asked if they had water for our dogs ... the woman on duty showed NO interest whatsoever and said she couldn't help with a bowl or water (which we were prepared to buy from Woolworths) .... the woman on duty just walked away from us when pressed to assist shocking lack of interest from a pet shop!!
Staff are very friendly and helpful at this branch, which is open until 7pm during the week.
You
Friendly staff, very helpful with suggestions
