We visited this store after adopting our puppy, and the experience was fantastic! The staff was amazing—Ashley (I believe that was her name) was incredibly knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond to help us. She was friendly, patient, and made us feel confident as new puppy parents. Highly recommend this store! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We went in today to ask about dog food and the person in store was very knowledgeable and willing to help. I forgot to get her name but I hope upper managment takes note of how willing to help and informed this woman is. She is a true asset to the store.
Good service, always helpful staff. Only complaint I have is that they restrict the amount of wet food a customer can buy. We always buy our wet cat food there and buy two little tubs which is enough...however when we went to buy...we where told that some customer came with her cool box and bought all the stock. Please can you limit the amount of stock a customer buys as its unfair to the rest of us who want to buy...and to whoever the customer was be considerate of others....
The best place to find christmas presents for your furries, big or small.
Their customer service is the best! My order arrived 2 hours after placing the order.
AWESOME friendly helpful staff. Great products. Especially Lokuno food for cats.
Thank you for the services much apricated!
