Absolute Pets Table Bay Mall

Terrible delivery service – extremely disappointed I have been a loyal Absolute Pets customer for years, but after my last two orders I will not be ordering from them again. My first order was never delivered and then cancelled without explanation. I received no communication and had to chase them to find out what happened, and I am still questioning whether a refund was even processed. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I placed another order — which turned into an even bigger disaster. The delivery was delayed, marked as "successfully delivered", yet the order was incorrect and incomplete. I ordered Hill’s Science Plan Small & Mini Breed for my tiny dog and instead received a completely different brand (Locuno) with large pellets my dog cannot chew. None of the other items I ordered were delivered initially. This isn’t a minor error — it directly affected my dog’s health. It also makes me wonder whether my correct order was sent to someone else, which is deeply concerning. Absolute Pets used to be reliable, but based on this experience, their delivery service is chaotic, poorly managed, and not to be trusted. I would strongly caution others against ordering online unless you’re prepared to chase missing items and incorrect deliveries. Extremely disappointing! Certainly never ordering online from them again!

After several occasions of disappointment, I forgot and landed up making a purchase. Yet again, huge disappointment. This franchise keeps letting furparents down. This sign doesn't state that you have to take the same brand x 2 in the same age group...... when I asked why I not getting the discount, I was blown off and told that it was marketing at fault. Extremely disappointed but actually now remember why I don't support this franchise. Staff should be educated on promotions. Management should step up and offer better advice. Not pass on the blame. Ridiculous

Love this store! They have the friendliest staff and always have great specials!

Excellent assistance from Kayleigh today at Table Bay Mall. I went to get a dog tag but also advice on tick and flea treatment. Outstanding advice, friendly, professional. Kayleigh is a credit to your brand

I visited Absolute Pets recently on Saturday for flea products for my Yorkies. What a lovely experience. The young lady who assisted me was so friendly and helpful. She had such a pleasant disposition which can be rare these days - a great asset to the company. The shop was well stocked with a variety of pet products and neat and tidy. There is a new Lokuno grain free dog food out which we were told about. Im keen to try it soon. The centre is usually not very busy with ample parking so this Absolute Pet shop is well worth a visit.

Very helpful staff, had Lokuno samples for my cats to try. Well stocked, had the products I needed.

Nkanyiso is so pleasant to deal with What a wonderful and professional person
