Thank you to Anton (I think that was his name-he wears spectacles ), today who was so friendly and so so KNOWLEDGEABLE! It’s so refreshing to walk into a pet store and have somebody help you who is actually knowledgeable about the brands and product they sell ! Our little Jack Russel got the help he needed with deworming. A lovely clean shop with friendly staff. Thank you 😊 you definitely will have a returning customer
Good morning I walk in at 11:40 to get a street for my pet. I was standing at till for almost 1min there was no one, then I had to call the lady 3 times till I got helped. I could have just walked out of shop, I think she would not notice it. The product is the best I come from Brackenfell specially ot your shop and the service is always good but not today.
Great service - if they dont have what I want then they try to source from another store. They even ask about the wellbeing of my pet 😊
I would like to commend Safiya for always being ontop of her game and going the extra mile. She is friendly and always has a smile on her face. Anton is also an amazing soul, always helpful and really has your pets best interest at heart. Its a pity i don't think he is at the store anymore.
My favourite pet store! It always has what I need and usually has interesting stock to browse through. As an added bonus the staff are always super friendly and full of useful anecdotes ... like how to confuse worms 🪱 🤣🤣. Highly recommended!
Wanted to exchange Lukunu puppy food for vets choice seeing that my puppy stopped eating Lukuno. Bag was still sealed and was willing to pay the difference, but the arrogant slender lady didn't want to do it played on the 7 day return policy. I shall never support your shop.
Honestly I'm blown away by the service Ive received. Morgan has gone out of her way to accommodate me. Highly impressed by this pet store. amazing service. i will never shop anywhere else for my fur child.
