Absolute Pets V&A Waterfront

The staff at this store are wonderful. They know their stuff and are always happy to help. The store is almost always fully stocked considering it's in a mall, that's really great. The loyalty programme is also cool. I'm somehow on R89 credit so yay.

I went in today looking for a hoodie for my dog. They didn't have the size I needed but Trevlin, who served me, went out of his way to locate one at another store. He was incredibly helpful and is obviously a credit to this store. I would recommend this store to everyone given the excellent customer service he provided.

Never have I ever received received such appalling service from an Absolute Pets store. First time here and absolutely the worst service received. The salespeople, namely Beauty, is not polite whatsoever, doesn’t look like she’s happy to be there. Doesn’t know her stock at all, doesn’t try to find a solution to a problem either. Calls the manager (Siraj) who is unresponsive after a number of phone calls. I then want to file a complaint and asked for the manager’s information but she doesn’t have it and proceeds to call him but no response as usual. Don’t waste your time here

My husband and I have been purchasing our cat's food from Absolute pet's for about 2 year's, and we normally shop at the Cavendish branch, but my husband happens to work in the V&A area, so he popped in to the Absolute Pets in V&A on Friday the 28th of August to purchase a 10kg Hills pet food, we received a hill's pet voucher from Dotsure pet insurance, nonetheless we asked one of the staff members if we qualify for the hills pet bed, and the staff were so unfriendly not very accommodating, lack of enthusiasm in this regard. My husband then called me and told me what happened, I said it's ok we'll just go to the Cavendish branch, and the staff member on duty told my husband, " it's fine you can go to Cavendish" very disrespectful and no willingness to assist. I visited the Constantia branch and the staff were fantastic 👏 I ended up purchasing a 15kg and 3kg at the Constantia branch and the consultant Toboho even assisted me with the food to my car. So brownie points for Constantia Absolute Pet's.

I love going here, service I experienced was fantastic. I always get helped super fast by a young lady called Beauty and she is so friendly and very knowledgeable. I have a Sphynx cat and she’s helped me multiple times as we try to adjust his diet. She is INCREDIBLE!!!!

Received excellent service, thank you. Roman enquired about my pets and if they have any conditions. He made excellent recommendations.

Sadly not a good experience. Staff ignored us completely, dog food was janked and thrown around on the floor while customers was in the store. Was never greeted or asked if I need assistance . Sadly not a nice experience
