Absolute Pets Whale Coast

Absolute Pets Whale Coast Mall is larger than normal store for this brand. Even on busy days, the staff members are helpful – and Zane in particular needs to be commended for immediately understanding what the needs were and met them. This is very useful when you have people come in to buy pet presents and Zane is really a treasure in this store. Quality seemed good throughout and that is reflected in the price, but there is a wide range so you can find the right product for your pet. The store is located at the entrance which makes it pretty convenient.

Relative new store in the Whale Coast Mall. To your left as you enter entrance no 3. Quite larger than your average store with loads more stock. Neat and clean. Wide spaces between selves. That is important to stand and look at products without the frustration of making way for other customers. We were immediately approached by a staff member. His name is Peet. Friendly and helpful. He made me feel at ease and not pushing me with overselling. The items we bought are of high quality and durability. The photos will give you an overview of their products. I understand that this shop is a branch of Absolute Pets and I want to commend the quality and service offered by the Whale Coast Mall branch.

Excellent! Originally I was going to buy Feliway but I was knocked by the price. Pet Remedy is the same idea. From having all cats in bad moods, thinking they had been rejected or pushed away. To our sweet, kind hearted shelter who we had just come home with us and really not asking much. She appreciates everything just wants food, warmth, and love. There was a constant kerfuffle. We plugged in the diffused and now we play laser tag with them and all sorts. They have a garden to play in. They even cuddled in together whilst watching series Happy cats, happy hearts🐾🐾😻

Staff super knowledgeable, beautiful collection of fish and accessories, I love fish 😂 no other animals in shop, however large selection on pet supplies including dog beds cat scratch poles, very spacious so a pram or wheel chair can move around easily. Ample parking available plus a stunning coffee shop and Indian restaurant in centre. Lovely place lots of little shops clean and friendly ♥

I love shopping at Absolute pets in Hermanus. The staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. There hasn't been a question that they weren't able to answer! And their honesty is very much appreciated!
