Brackenfell PETS

Shocking website. If the store is as difficult and frustrating to navigate as the web page I'd not waste my time. The many reviews of this establishment speak of POOR CUSTOMER Service and that also pretty much tells the story of store owners that clearly want the sale but don't back it up - buy the product but if it doesn't fit, is broken etc don't bring it back! That's your tough luck. My last review didn't come up. I'd read that this store was not selling live animals - and then I see Parrots for sale. If for some reason my 1st review does ever show I'll have to remove it. This looks to me like they are very much selling live animals. If only the humans say say "what a cool Parrot" knows what life is like trapped in a prison... That's his life! That's not cool! It's cruel and inhumane. Definitely give this a skip! 🤬😠

So I have no problem with the products. Really think the move to the bigger store was a good change for them. I do take serious issue with the way the short haired big lady with glasses at the till speak down to the staff in front of clients. I have notice this happens everytime I have visited, even before the move. This has gone well beyond just simple correction and is full blown bullying from this lady's side. The last thing any owner wants, in my opinion, is having a new store with the old problems. Absolutely love the store. 10/10!The front management, not so much.

Lovely store with all the essentials. They have knowledgeable staff who are very helpful. If you have a bird, a fish, a rodent, a dog or a cat. There are products here for them. The owner is incredibly smart and helpful and helped me with my guinea pig who was losing it's hair and gave me the correct medication to give him. She is like an animal whisperer. They also have ADORABLE rats and birds (not for sale). It really does feel like the owner and the staff have a passion for animals. Their prices are fair and not overpriced like other pet shops in the area. They are my go to pet shop and I highly recommend them!

Wide variety of end to end quality products available for dogs, cats, fish, birds, rabbits etc. The toys are of a high quality. Extreemly helpful staff and owner who is always willing to guide and assist in a patient manner. It is really a pleasure to shop at Brackenfell Pets

The new bigger store has lots of space making it easier to shop for our furbabies.

Love this store, well managed and excellent products. Great service! Love you!

Thank you so much for always being so helpful. The lady advised me to use Silbecor ointment on an abscess in my dogs foot ....I was a bit unsure to be honest but used it and it too 2 days to clear which saved me a trip to the vet. I have always received good advice from the staff at Brackenfell pets....I have going there for years. Thanks guys for the wonderful customer service you provide.
