Canine & Co - Meadowridge (Bergvliet)

I recently went into the revamped store at Meadowridge. I received such great service from Ryan. He had such expertise in the Dog Foods and pointed me at the correct foods to buy for my fussy , hypo allergenic dog. He was so helpful, understanding, patient, kind and respectful , it really was a breath of fresh air in this store - I'm usually met with such sullen disinterest from the lady who won't move from the till to assist. I will return - this new assistant is fantastic and a welcome addition to your store and brand . 5 star service ! The store is well stocked and Ryan's product knowledge about toys, bedding, collars. foods - is exceptional. You have a good representative of your brand there. I will return !

I have been a regular client of Canine & Co for many years and always feel so welcome when I pop in. Especially when Robyn is working. Robyn is so friendly and helpful. She has given me great advice. Robyn has advised me on different items for my cats and my dogs. From food to equipment, we need to use. Robyn is a great asset and sometimes I feel she is under stress because she is alone in the shop and wants to help everyone. Extra, helpful staff in the shop would definitely help.

I recently visited Canine & Co Meadowridge and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service. Staff member, Robyn was friendly and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect food and toys for my fur baby. The store was clean, well-organised and had a wide selection of products.

Robyn from the store suggested I try diamond naturals for my dog and she was right. Worked out great, thanks.

I've chosen Fat Cats and Dogs as my pet supply store. The staff are clued up on pet nutrition and treatment advise and I couldn't ask for friendier faces when buying my kitties food and favourite treats. 10/10!

Great specialist pet store located at Meadowridge Park and Shop center which has plenty of free and accessible parking available. This pet store has fairly wide range of specialist pet food, as well as various pet accessories such as brushes, toys, baskets, etc. I found the staff both engaging and friendly.

Excellent service. I wish I was an animal to get such service. I’m mentally disabled and got a dog as a support animal and Cape Vet not only helped her when she was ill, but they even made unexpected follow up calls. Not even doctors follow up on patients!
