Great stock of JOCK dog food 🐶🐶🐶 Tashnique and her team are amazing 🤩
I'm looking for bird air travel boxes. Either your search doesn't work or you don't stock them. But I can't tell because whatever search term I used came up blank. Your website navigation needs some attention. Few links work! I would be hard pressed to go in search of a pet supply store if their website can't even tell me what the shop stocks.
Always a pleasure to shop at Crazy Pets Brackenfell. The staff is always helpful, Friendly and professional. May the new year treat each one of you well. Blessings for 2026.
Great and friendly service. Good prized products
They advertise specials on Cat food, the boxes look like they came out of a flood. Have no variety stock of advertised products. First and last time I visit this store. Unimpressed, "best store" not in my experience. Bought 2 x boxes of Jelly variety Cat food. One box jelly and other box marked Jelly was certainly not JELLY. Please check your first pkt of cat food to make sure it is what is meant to be., 🤔
This pet shop has a wide variety of products with some good prices on some of their products. Some brands however, they don't seem to stock, which is why they lose a star. Otherwise the staff are very friendly and helpful indeed and it is a pleasant shopping experience which comes highly recommended.
They have the most incredible experience in their clients service and they help you with a smile always friendly definitely recommend to do your pets shopping there
