How disappointing. I had to show up at this place three days in a row to buy what I needed as it is the only place that sells rabbit food in the area. On the day I eventually got what I needed, the store was closed until 2pm even though it's says open from 8am - 5pm on Google PLUS someone was present inside but did not inform the customers of anything, not even a sign was put up. I had to sit for an hour with frozen foods spoiling in the car so my pets wouldn't starve and I wouldn't waste petrol. Poor communication and false display of trading hours. I'll rather waste that time and petrol on driving to melkbos and buying my pets goods there. Thank you!
Small well stocked shop with very helpfull and friendly staff. I needed something to clear up my pond and the guy gave me some of the product for free. This doesnt happen to often these days. Thanks allot for the awesome service. Will definatley be back soon.
Dissapointing 🙁 Always try to support small businesses in your area they say. After my call to the petshop this morning, I now know why I don't!!! So frustrating 😫
It's a nice good local shop but didn't have the brand I was looking for - smartdog food
Good variety, friendly, knowledgeable staff, not expensive
The workers were very helpful and kind and friendly.
Small but we'll stocked
