Fat Cats And Dogs

On Friday I rushed home from work to make it back in time to get wet food for my terminally ill cat. Got to Fat Cats and Dogs (Meadowridge) at exactly 6:30 (closing time), but the doors was closed already and cashiers in the process of cashing up. I called out to ask if they could help out because my cat is ill and on a strict diet. Their response was rather disappointing when they told me they've cashed up already and can't help me. If this was the case then they must have started cashing up before 6:30 to be all done already. I guess I'll be driving a bit further to get pet food from a store that's a bit more accommodating 😞

I visited the Newlands outlet by chance and was pleasantly surprised by the service foremost. So friendly and helpful so will definitely be going back there and the price of what I bought was definitely the cheapest in comparison to other stores or vets...

Shop times need to be updated as I drove from town to come get some things and they’re closed. The phone number attached also "doesn’t exist" so the attempts at calling them where just as fruitless as the drive there.

Great variety for such a small shop. Their phone line has been broken for over a month that I’m aware of. That is frustrating. But overall I enjoy shopping here

Shocking service from sales assistants who gossip and treat paying CLIENTS with utter disrespect. If you want uninterested, gossip-mongering store assistants with no sympathy or pride in what they do, please, then, by all means, go to FC Meadowridge!

Dog lovers and pet parents they should visit this store for vet approved food for all pets.
