Great service I got from the store, well served and adviced. Willingness to assist and dedication to their job and love of pets. Got my pigeons here, after being overcharged on most shop. Thank you Thaaqib Adams for taking me here.
Abdul has an amazing pet shop in Lansdowne. It is filled with everything you will ever need. He stocks Liebe Smart Dog Food. And you are greeted by a very friendly cat too. Too cute
Stock is old, and dusty especially for aquariums. Fishtanks are not cleaned often, dead fish was floating in the tank when I went there lastweek. Place doesn't look clean as a whole. Also wanted to buy something worth R30 with card but couldn't because you need to buy over a certain limit to use card.
Well priced and friendly staff. I would respectfully suggest all staff try to speak English about their products on sale, rather than one person.
I rate this place ZERO. Had my budgies nails clipped there today and their nails were bleeding profusely. The blood was dripping from their feet. The staff were not bothered and didnt even show concern. When I asked, I was just told that it will stop soon. An hour and half later still bleeding and the one budgie had his foot up in the air, of course it was to painful too stand on. I am disgusted to say the least!!!!
The prices were not bad. We found what we were looking for - dog food, cat food as well as food for the parrot
Very friendly and actually had competitive prices, also being open on a Sunday was a massive help
