Pet Plus Lakeside

Purchased a sealy dog bed online in December which said that stock was available unfortunately their website was not updated. They were about to send me the wrong bed which I declined. They then proceeded to only refund half my money. Every time we speak to sherilee ,she changes the topic of refund to asking the vet about the bed. We want our money back! It seems when someone is around she changes the topic. Whether she refunded herself or they are thief’s its unknown. She is still finding out about the bed from the vet from DECEMBER!!!. We are now in February. What kind of business is this to sell stock that you do not have and then to proceed to keep someone’s money! Do you even a bit of shame! To keep taking advantage of us because we are polite on the call. Do not make any online orders with them. Others also complained about online orders(no delivery and late delivery).

I absolutely love this store. When I walk in the staff know exactly what I need. They are always extremely friendly and helpful and often remind me of items I've forgotten. They have a fantastic range of goods, some that they keep in small quantities, but they are always happy to order in.

In a nutshell. It's an amazing store. I'm always excited to go back knowing that there's people out there who's best interest is helping me find the best products for my pets. AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!!!!!!!! Such friendly people as well. I've probably met all of them and not once have I had any bad experiences. If you need anything at a pet store, This is the one!!!!

My go to for various food and whatever needed in toys and bones etc, for my rescue dog. Always great service, and if I need something ordered, I just phone ahead and ask the staff to put it in their next order. Always get good service, friendly smiles and chats with the staff. Highly recommend Pet Plus Lakeside.

3 June 2017. Incorrect price for Eukanuba 15kg was displayed. Price on shelf R830. Price at till R883. After indicating this the shop assistant refused to correct the price owing saying that the price on the shelf is a suggestion and may be altered and that the consumer act, is not relevant.

Pathetic service. Lady on duty basically brushed me off when asking her question about a African Gray toy. So I left without purchasing a thing and will never purchase from them. Get some customer service training.

Very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly assistance and ordering in of products for my cat. Great pet shop
