My go-to pet shop in Cape Town! I rely on them for all my cats' raw food, especially Alfies, and their friendly, attentive service always makes shopping a pleasure. They offer convenient door-to-door delivery and go above and beyond by sourcing any products they don’t stock, ensuring my pets’ needs are fully met.
Thank you Natasha for always going out of your way with all of our orders and deliveries. I highly recommended your business to everyone. Our cat and dog both love all their treats and food we buy from you.
Anytime of day or night - SUPER service , recommendations on new products and prices ! Both our furbabies love their Montego food , treats and sauces. Pet Thingz values their clients and would go the extra mile unlike your usual pet store. Keep up the GREAT service.
The aquarium section appears to have suffered heavy overfishing. Not overstocking, overfishing. To say the selection was sad and desultory at the same time speaks volumes. I didn't pay any attention to the rest of the store.
The most amazing customer service in the field! Great brands to choose from.
Excellent customer service. Fast, efficient and friendly. Well done and thank you. 🙂
Great prices and high quality products. Highly recommend.
