I’ve been meaning to post for a while because I had the absolute best experience at Pets Aquaria. I went in a few months ago asking for guinea pigs and got a phone call a few weeks later saying that they got 4 baby guinea pigs in but we had to wait 5 weeks until they stopped feeding from their mom. My 3 kiddies were so excited and wanted to go in often to see them. All the staff at pets aquaria were so patient and kind with my kids. They also gave the best advice for what was required to prepare us for when the guinea pigs came home with us. We have had the guinea pigs at home now for 2 weeks and it’s just been the most incredible journey thanks to Pets Aquaria. Thank you to you all

Wow, wow, wow! What fabulous and helpful staff Aziem and his team are. They don't go the extra mile, they go the many extra kilometres and so happily. Thandi and I are super impressed and so happy to have discovered this Pet Shop and it is sooo close to our home. We are at one end of Second Avenue and they are at the other.

Incredibly helpful staff! I bought a fish tank and fish for my nephews for the first time and couldn’t be more happy with the service at Pets Aquaria. Abdul was patient with all my questions and took the time to explain to me how to keep our fish happy, tank clean and what to avoid. He also helped me choose a few essential extras that I would’ve missed otherwise. I called a few times after I got home and they were so helpful and patient. Great service. Highly recommended.
