Staff members are very unhelpful. We asked for Optimizor 20kg chicken and rice dog food and the lady on duty said they need to get someone from the warehouse to bring a bag to the shop. When we asked how long it’s going to take she responded with ‘I don’t know’ & proceeded with saying ‘it’s too much effort’. We are very disappointed with the service and would much rather do our shopping elsewhere
Do something about your obnoxious delivery bikes. The constant noise is exhausting and depressing. You should be ashamed of yourselves presenting yourselves as "premium", yet racing around everywhere usong the cheapest , noisiest, unmaintained rubbish bikes. Shame on you
Came to the store now and it is closed and website says closes 5pm not 3pm very bad look for a store i adore to buy from but clearly checkers doesn't care.

Quick and easy online shopping with next day delivery. I could not believe the good prices, our dog bed was nearly R600 cheaper than most other places I looked. Will definitely be ordering again
They have a lot of good products and if you are thinking if getting a personalized name tag for your pet then you can go get one made there. The machine engraves whatever you would like which is a bonus.
What an amazing group of staff at Petshop Science Fairbridge Mall. Felicia and Jean were invested in assisting us to find the perfect food for our white staffordshire bull terriers to stop them from breaking out in allergies. Can only say good things about them and the store, will keep going back!
