Customer Reviews
Petshop Science N1 City has a rating of 3.8 out of 5 based on over 31 reviews on Google
Don’t order anything for delivery from them. Ordered at 1pm , delivery moved from 3pm to 4 pm to 5 pm and the nothing even after phoning customer care. Pathetic , don’t offer a service you can’t deliver , especially not for pets. I will NEVER use this service again.
Times on the website are incorrect. They close the doors at 4:55 on Saturdays amd staff inform you from behind the glass doors that they are closed. Not a after work stop for people who work until 4:30. Please correct the operating hours on the doors as well.
Why no trolleys? Dog food is 20Kgs and the shop is deep in the mall, far from an entrance. Customers are expected to walk to the other end of the mall to checkers to fetch a trolley. Why not on sixty60? I come back because prices are great.
I feel that the petshop science is doing a a good job ...but I would like more smokey bones 🤪 my dog Sox loves them ..but I must buy from down the road parow 🤷🏾♂️ it would be nice to order his food and big ox bone
Unethical Business practises by checkers. Honestly a disgrace.
Staff was asleep behind the counter when I arrived, not a very helpful lot, But I got my cats food at the special price so Im not complaining
Its so nice just going in there to see some small animals and small fish, its like a zoo mix with an aquarium
