Sarah is the absolute best! Always goes above and beyond the extra mile to assist! Very welcoming too! Friendliest service and great advice! She is the reason my dog’s skin healed! Been to a costly vet appointment and no solution! But Sarah gave me the correct food for my pet and advised on the correct ointment to use! Thank you Sarah! 💐
The workers are really helpful. They provided me insightful information of what could be wrong with my pet. Not only did they help me with information but also provided with a free sample of one of their pet food products, and I must say, it truly worked for my pet!
Good service polite staff and good prices, amazing specials.
Great service from this small store. Cape gate should go for customer training as they don’t assist clients like this stores staff member
Very good service. The staff and owner is always helpful and happy to help you. I even got pensioners discount today. Always a pleasure to do business with Petworld in Tablebay Mall. I can recommend them for excellent service, they go the exstra mile for you.
Our pet store of choice solely because of the great service we've received. Especially from James, he's been super proactive with our special dog food order and offers regular reminders for deworming and tick/flea treatment.
Opening up a case against this store for willful breach of the Consumer Protection Action section 55 and 56. Couldn't care less that they were breaking the law by not providing us with a full refund a day after we bought defective fish food from them. Do yourself a favour and find a different store, these charlatans are not to be trusted and are running their business as if they were not bound by the laws of the Republic. STAY AWAY.
