My sister and I visited Reptile World, I thought it seemed nice at first, but soon realised I was mistaken. Rather rude owner, doesn't know a lot in my opinion and when I started talking about my own snake he started talking nonsense about how my snake could and will eat my cat, which is untrue because my snake is a ball Python and is not capable of doing so. I don't know if that was a 'sick' joke, but it's not hilarious, rather disgusting. His snakes aren't kept very well. This is only my opinion though, they lay on mats. But I don't recommend going.

This is a small container with fitted snake enclosures. There are only snakes, not reptiles in general. The owner was not friendly at all and in fact stated that he "hates when the public comes to see the snakes". He basically complained the entire time we were in the container about how people mistreat his snakes. The animals were clearly his pets and he should not have them open for public viewing. His hostile attitude was not appreciated. Not recommended.

I took my guests there yesterday and the old guy was very rude to them. The father of the two young boys was disgusted in his behavior. I will definitely not encourage other tourists to go there in future. He needs to control his own emotions. He is bad for business

For just 30 Rand you can see the black mamba and various other species of venomous and non venomous creatures in a clean well kept setting. Owner knows his stuff

Our son loves this attraction. The snakes are fascinating to watch. Their enclosures, and the trailer as a whole, are immaculate and well-maintained. The owners are knowledgeable and helpful. Recommended as a quiet, interesting escape from the outside noise and activity.

This snake park attraction is running since 1995. A must see for those who haven’t seen it yet…. it always clean and the animals are well cared for. The owner breeds both the snakes and rodents in this specially designed facility.

Its 30 rand so you get what you pay for ...and sadly I have to agree with the other comment about the owner/custodian being miserable as he really doesn't like people or his snakes it seems ...sorry 🤷‍♀️
