Builders Warehouse Centurion

I have to compliment BWH Centurion on the amazing and excellent service that I received yesterday from 2 gentlemen from the Plumbing/Bathroom division, namely Wonder Sibiya and Simon Malema. They absolutely went out of their way to assist me obtaining stock of a certain item I needed. Without asking, they checked stock of this item at other branches on their computer and then even phoned to confirm that the item is actually in stock. When I arrived at Castle Gate, the item was already taken out, waiting for me for collection. All of this with a big smile and politeness. Well done guys!

Good customer care from all employees. They can't pass a customer without asking, "do you need help" even if you are mot in their territory of responsibility. I went yesterday and am happy with the swrvice

There was a wonderful Deaf cashier working. She was super helpful and when she signed to another employee they seemed to semi-understand her, which leads me to believe an effort was made to teach some basic SASL to staff. As a student studying SASL it was amazing to see. That alone makes me give this place 5 stars !!

Apart from the advice received in terms of paint, the Dulux I was sold on turned out to fall way short of the salesmans promised rate of coverage. Plascon would have exceeded it by a fair margin. The store was neat, staff very friendly and welcoming 🙏 and overall advice was spot on!

I purchased 1m of shadenet from Builders Centurion but received only 0.9m due to three large holes in the material. Very disappointed, as I expected better quality and accurate measurement from the team.

Special shout-out to Rocken at Builders Centurion - on Friday 16th of Jan he went above and beyond to assist us when we wanted to purchase a cupboard on promotion, of which there were no stock available. He phoned numerous branches to see if he could find stock somewhere and did nót stop until he found a cupboard. He arranged for a stock transfer and connected us with an installer. Throughout the process he explained everything & kept us updated, and we appreciated his excellent communication. His commitment to ensuring we had a great experience in shopping at Builders is definitely noteworthy, and you can be extremely proud to have him there, he's a fantastic asset to your sales team. Can I just be made to understand why this particular store's dispatch department never answers the phone? Literally never. And this is when I call them back after they repeatedly buzz my phone. I don't even know why my order has to be from them cos I've previously expressed my dissatisfaction with their service.
