FAMILY PET CENTRE

We visited Family Pet Centre on Sunday and it is one of the best pet stores I’ve visited. The service is excellent and the staff are always friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for quality products and proper pet care, this is definitely a place I would recommend. The store is beautifully maintained and very well organised. They stock an incredible variety of pets and supplies, from fish and birds to dogs, cats and even reptiles. It truly feels like a one stop shop for anything pet related. What makes it even better is that they have a veterinary clinic and grooming services inside the store, which is extremely convenient when you need everything in one place for your pets. The selection of toys, treats and accessories is fantastic. Our dogs absolutely loves the tennis balls and treats they sell, and the famous tennis ball pyramid inside the store always catches your eye. Another big plus is the accessibility. There is plenty of free parking right outside the store, it is wheelchair friendly, and the shop is completely pet friendly inside, so you can bring your furry companions along while you shop. If you love your pets and want a clean, well stocked store with great service, Family Pet Centre is definitely worth visiting.

From fish, to dogs, cats, birds, reptiles and more, Family Pet Centre has it all! This is such a beautiful, well kept pet store. Literally your one stop shop. They even have a Vetinary clinic inside as well as a groomers. Bonus! All the treats and tennis balls your doggy could imagine is here! Prices range depending on the item you are buying as well as the brand. I personally love shopping here for my fur baby. They have the cutest things. And don't get me started on the tennis ball pyramid 😍 did I mention that it's a pet friendly store as well? Bring your babies with! The only downfall for me is the kept in animals/insects/birds in the store. I believe they shouldn't be kept in a store. But again, that is just my personal opinion and I just stay away from that area. Way to go! Keep it up 🐾

We went in recently to buy some fish food, the employee assisting us gave us food without explaining the dangers of it, he told us it's the best food on the market. We started using it and this morning our entire fish tank was dead, thousands of rands of fish DEAD!!!! How well do you train your employees????? and who is going replace my fish. I will be going in for a full refund for the food and for the management to explain to me how this is exceptable.

We take our dog Apollo to Family Pet Centre regularly, and the service is always outstanding. Autumn is incredibly friendly, caring, and helpful, and she always goes out of her way to make both us and Apollo feel welcome. You can tell she genuinely loves animals and takes pride in her work. It’s always a great experience dealing with her, and we truly appreciate the care and professionalism. Highly recommend Family Pet Centre to anyone looking for excellent pet care and customer service! Oh yea and look for Autumn shes got you .

I do my monthly shopping for my cat at this pet store, and this month I decided to use the vet and get my cat vaccinated here as well. To start my cat is not the easiest little critter to deal with, but the vet handled everything with such ease. She was so sweet and kind, and had the vaccinations done quick and easy. I will always recommend this vet going forward

I've been to hundreds of pet shops in my life. As a reptile and exotics keeper myself, this is the absolute best pet shop I've ever seen. Wonderful and clean enclosures, with al of the husbandry needs for every species. I don't come that side often but when I do in the future I will come back and support you guys as much as I can. The employee that helped me was very friendly, knowledgeable on all the species and could answer all of my questions. Very highly recommend Family Pet Centre. 🔥 Well done guys, well done!👌

I have been to a lot of vets and the vet at family vet center centurion is one of the best in South-Africa, the reception at the vet is really friendly, they are fast and helpful, Dr Tessa is my animals doctor for 3 years now she kept my dog going he is 17 now he is as healthy and still with us, my cats was sick they were rescued and gave to me at 1 week old they were malnourished and sick she took care of them and made sure they are healthy and they are growing and happy, the shop its self is wonderful they have more than enough products to choose from the cashers are very friendly they helped me when I didn't know what to get for my cats ( I'm a first time cat mom), they don't just care about money and work they care about you and the happiness of your furry kids. I live an hour away from my vet and the shop, but I will never choose a new place, the drive there is worth my time.
