Poor customer service This man here by the name of Hendric, literally refused to help me, telling me that 4 of them there helping one customer, as if I was not a customer, one of them couldn’t help. I don’t think I’ll ever shop there again. His conduct was way out of line and very unprofessional. Just lost a loyal customer!

Got a printer from display. They can't provide original package and parts missing. Returning item took ages.

Game store at mall@ reds closed down Slept as it was a convenient place to go - quick in and out, perfectly situated at the top of escalator as you came in. Service was pathetic - guess that is why they closed down, people goy tired of having to beg for the service and staff knowledge was pathetic.

The manager was very helpful with warranty submission and very accomodating about my circumstances. He showed compassion and safety for the consumer - i was trying to exercise a warrant for a Gas Tank Great stuff to see really. Humanity and good customer care hey.

Horrible customer service!! Checked online and the store showed 4 items in stock. But I know the online site is not always up to date. I therefore called, I was transferred but the line wasn't answered. I called back another 3 times, "customer care" then transferred me to the floor manager who did not eve listen to my request just transferred me again to the nr that stayed unanswered. I then called customer care a 4th time and left my nr, stating I want to enquire if they have stock before I drive all the way to the store. Two hours later and no call from them I drove to the store. Didn't see the product on the shelf and went to customer care. There were 4 people behind the counter, all looking at one screen and no one even bother to look up after I greeted. Eventually a gentleman came to assist, I showed him the item online and he stated that they do not have any stock. Couple of hours wasted that could have been a 2 min phone call.

No seriously, Game Store Centurion Mall needs to start treating customers with respect and dignity. There is no need to search customer's shopping bags with items purchased from other stores at entry and exit to their stores. #Backwards

Tried for 20min to get someone to check if they have stock of a product. And then when I called again they blocked my number.
