DO NOT BUY at LED Light Shop - B1... They sold me substandard LED lights, when I took it back, the gentleman raised his voice at me in front of other customers, I refused to leave until I got my money back!! Be careful, if you buy something, open it up to check that it's working!!
If you are looking for calm shopping at affordable prices, this is the place to be. Parking is easy to find. There is a good flow of in and out.
Oriental City Centurion is conveniently located along the Pretoria Main Road (R101), with ease of access via the N1 National Road, and from several directions for residents in some of the most densely-populated suburbs of Centurion, Pretoria and even Midrand. The intersection leading to the entrance can be more than a bit challenging, so one needs to be patient and exercise caution. Parking through a touch-access boom gate is free but is often in short supply. Similar to the many "China Malls" in Gauteng, Oriental City Centurion has a host of outlets selling all manner of electronic goods, travel luggage, hardware, tools, lighting and solar equipment, clothing, curtains, hobby apparatus, fashion and cellphone accessories among an almost endless list of mainly imported Chinese goods. What I found at this centre is that it is easier to communicate with the sellers than at several other outlets. While there are bargains to be had here, one needs to be discerning and shop around, as there may be significant pricing differences from one outlet to another and with varying levels of quality. There is also an outlet selling Indian food.
Definitely some great bargains to be found, especially for kids parties. The lay-out of this place is just very confusing, it often feels as if I am going in circles. Some shop are very chaotic, you have to scratch around to find things. Staff are mostly rude (with a few exceptions).
Glad to know that this time I came here, the place is back to life! Shops were full, from electrical shops to clothing, home appliances, beauty products, general merchandise, etc. This place used to sell stuff at a very good price; it's no longer like that, though. Mostly just average price; most of the inexpensive ones are a piece of junk. But anyway, it was always fun to come and see what they had to offer.
There's a variety of shops with a good range of products. There's lots of free parking available with security on the premises. The shopping center is clean and it is easy to move through the individual shops. The prices can be a bit expensive for this type of place depending on which shop you enter, especially the ones that sell clothing. The ones that sell bags and party items have reasonable prices. The staff and shop owners are never friendly though, a lot of them are not even polite. The only polite staff are from the shop that sells Korean food products.
The power was out but that did not stop the husstle at this wonderful place. Absolutely love the bead shop can spend hours and my whole paycheck there. Bathrooms clean and all the staff friendly ATM on site it also a bonus.
