SPAR Celtis Ridge

Great for fruit and veg as well. The cashier line is also very fast.

Spar is uncompromising nor possess any eticacy, or consideration nor respect for customer support and service on store outputs. Accepting a customers hard earned cash with no consideration for unsatisfactory delivery is unacceptable. Customer Care and Support at the Spar store experiences, recently and on more than one occassion, experienced under par. Understandably visible when noticeable that the competitors for eg. WW, Shoprite, P n P, Checkers stores engulfing into the market share, hungrily due to Spar downfall. Avoiding Spar Stores wherever possible, even if inconvenient and far fetched just in search of Customer Service Excellence. Hope they can show improvement to get back on track.

The cleanest Spar around. Friendly staff.

I just had a horrible experience in this Spar. Grapes were advertised at R29.99. I took them, went to the till and when I get there they are R49.99. I tell them the price advertised is R29.99 and they tell me it’s not for the black grapes but for white yet the grapes were mixed in one place. The lady with blonde curled wig brushed me off and said the price is not for the grapes I have. I left without grapes because they refused to give me with the advertised price.

It's improved a lot from how it used to look, the lighting is much better. The products (fruits and veggies) are fresher now, but they can still do better. Ample parking as well, very convenient. Plus there's a clicks right next to it.
