Seems like most of the horrible comments are coming from difficult customers, I have had ZERO bad experiences with the owner or assistants for YEARS, His prices are muchhh cheaper if not half of what I pay in chatsworth, and not only does he sell you the fish, he educates you on how to take care of it, how to breed it and I even had regrets about once getting cichlids and tropical fish together and i called him after hours and he educated me why my polars were fighting with my other fish and even told me that he can make an exception of me coming in and swapping them out for something else, NO OTHER PET STORE WILL DO THIS!!! Ive even considered getting other pets there and he explained how id need to setup the exact type of environment for quails because they jump quite high etc, he cares about the animals he keeps in his store because i would have definitely had a quail in an inadequate environment, so to the hamster lady, it sounds like you Penny pinchers shouldnt own pets if youll prefer driving around to save R300. His guys have EXCELLENT knowledge on all animals that they house, Even his shrimp and guppies are literally 20 times cheaper than everywhere else and his breed quality is crazy good!! He even had coco husks (which i use for my plants) which is rare to find ANYWHERE!!! The fact that some of these comments are tearing down this honest business is mind blowing, I love this store and I'll continue going here above any other stores!
