Sent my daughter with my full medical aid information to go buy me medication she was denied help pharmacist was very rude even called a 12 year old names accusing her of stealing my information to use it on her friends which was none of his concern even if it was true. Staff members at this clicks are very unprofessional and may I please be updated if is a rule that you can’t send someone on your behalf to buy you medication.
Pharmacy was quick didn't wait for long like normally and new Products on shelf (Oh So Heavenly) FINALLY and Veronica at the till is a DARLING !!ALWAYS and the Security lady at the door is AMAZING!!! I APPRECIATE THEM AND VERY GREATFUL ...THANK U.
The service I've been receiving for the past two days is poor!!I bought items online Firstly I was told about electricity crises,when the power came back I was told that the system will take an hour to be updated.After an hour I was told that they can't attend me they still have to cash up😏😏
Closes before time .... Don't expect any service at all before they close
The bearded pharmacist is very rude & has an attitude...most of the time u don't get help from him
