Superspar Spargs Butterworth

Once went into this shop on a Sunday it has more security than customers and the annoying part is that the till is a meter away from the security and you still have to be searched all your groceries whewwww that shops makes you feel like you in deep ezilalini

The service is very bad they cashier Bongi is rude she didn’t even pack my things in the plastic bag she shoved them and my phone almost fell. She didn’t even apologize about that. You have lost a very loyal customer due to her behavior. I have never felt this disrespect.

One of my old time favorite stores, I got there during a pick hour and it was chock a block, there were cashiers helping but we unfortunately had to wait a while due to many people who were on the queues.

Good customer services ,you never stand more than 10 minutes in lines cashiers are very quick and friendly. they have free delivery from shop to your door step ,it’s theee best shop.

good service and fresh vegetable

It is the most long lasting store in Butterworth due to this it gets really packed during shopping season. You need a high level of patience when shopping here but it's our store so we still shop here.

Goodness me, a -2 stars would have been ideal. First time I bought groceries on this store was back in April 2022. And imagine my *shocked pikachu face when the staff member who was assisting me at the butchery asked me to buy her bananas. It was only R5, I was so shocked that I bought it for her. Then when I got home, I sent an e-mail to Spar about the incident as this place is in a small town with lots of people just trying to get buy. So imagine the grannies coming in and being sweet-pressured to buy staff members food? Only got a call back in June 2022 about this. Spoke to one of the managers then the issue got sorted and was told training for staff members, etc. Yey for them! Just went to the same store last week-it was going really well, though the store was dirty-the staff members were quite helpful. Now at the till, cashier tells me that I should give her R10 because she has not yet had lunch and she is starving. You'll! The way I rolled my eyes at her and said no ways - nice-nice treatment went from 100 to zero. Important to note that I am not from that area so most definitely do not sound Xhosa so foreigners beware! Next time, I ain't even bothering going there but going to Shoprite. Yes it is more packed but the prices advertised online are the same as in the shop but at least ain't staff member asking me for money.
