Pet Storey Sunridge

Was there yesterday to pick up 6 fish for my mother's fish tank. No greeting when we walked in not even can I help you nothing. Everyone to buzy on their phones to even look up. Did not even bother to look for the fish. Poor poor service. Will never go back rather spend my time at Arthur's pet shop.

Although the store expanded a while ago, it is so much bigger, lighter and well situated in the centre. Divenetto, Roshanda and Yolanda are extremely helpful and always have a smile. Nothing is too much trouble and they have often ordered items for me that they may not regularly stock ( specific bird supplies ) and are quick to share new items which have arrived that they think I might like. ( Health / preservative free dog treats). They always ask after our pets by name which is very special. It is such a pleasant shopping experience and the store would not be the same without them.

Disappointing service. No greeting upon walking in; in fact, was totally ignored. Although clearly looking for assistance, I was not helped (by either of the two sales people) Rather, I was asked to move so one assistant could get around me and follow an innocent little kid who he was worried about "being up to no good". My son moved a plastic cage, marked down and left on the floor. Assistant then said "oh, didn’t he break it? I heard a sound." Simply left. Felt unwanted. Clearly they’re not struggling for business because they don’t mind losing some.

Rip off!!! Last week R22 for 10 hoofs. Today R59 for 10 hoofs. You must be ashamed!!!! I will also warn people on sosial media of this!!!

I received such excellent service this weekend when I purchased two lovebirds from Petmasters Sunridge! The staff are friendly and helpful. The store has a wide variety of supplies and great selection of food, treats and toys. I definitely recommend Petmasters if you’re looking for quality service. 💯

Absolutely love popping in at Pet Masters Sunridge - the staff are very friendly and so helpful, there is also a nice variety of goodies for the fur baby. Always a lovely shopping experience, and the staff always ask how the fur baby is doing which is also such a kind gesture.

Great selection of everything from food to toys to beds. We bought a couple of fish and as compared to fish purchased from other pet stores, we didn't experience any losses or illness. Their fish paraphernalia like faux plants are well priced. We will certainly return again.
