Online purchases are useful for busy people who don't have time during office hours. The Builders delivery process is broken - where apparently it is company policy to first phone before delivering. I don't operate a call centre, I can't receive calls during office hours. I won't bother with Builders online purchases in future.
Awesome branch, Manager and team made sure I was sorted and all within 10 minutes I was in and out of the store. Got top class service and expert advice

Service is great...just don't answer your telephone. Trying now the whole morning, got through after a long while just to get told they will phone me back in 5 min. Still waiting...service in store 5 star...telephone...
The service at this branch is always absolutely PATHETIC. The staff work as if they are on holiday. Always super slow. It’s been like this since before the new store opened and seems like previous reviews mention the same problem. Rather support the other hardware stores in town.
Terrible phone service it took 6 rings for the phone to be picked upped by the receptionist then when I asked for the price of a JOJO tank she put me through to I do not know where but they never answered. The phone called got dropped I phoned back again and asked the receptionist for a price again and to please just to look it up because no one else was answering the phone she then continued to scream at someone else to check the price. After about another minute or so she told me they do not stock the 5250lt JOJO tank which I hardly believe because come on it is a basic stock item for any hardware store. As someone trained in retail you always answer the phone within 3 rings. Will never ever support this business again.
No one answers the phone.Delivery is a nightmare. No communication or notice is given when delivery of a online order will happen. Pay R900.00 extra for delivery of a airconditioner. Should have ordered from Makro.
