Hermanus Animal Welfare Society

I can't recommend this animal welfare society enough! When my cat was sick, they provided exceptional care that went above and beyond. But what really stood out to me was seeing how well ALL the animals are looked after here. The level of care and attention they receive is remarkable - the animals are so comfortable and content, I honestly don't think they want to leave! It's clear the staff truly loves what they do and puts the animals' wellbeing first. If you're looking for a place that genuinely cares about animals, this is it. Awesome staff, fantastic volunteers and they know every animal down to the personality type and current mood!! 10/10

This people is unfair they kill my dog without saying a word they didn't even call there he is just like that he was fine when they take him then call back and they tell me he is siek and can do nothing then i told them bring him back i will take care they tell me okay they will call back i wait for an half hour then i call back to hear and they tell me they kill him do you think it is right i think they spam people and the did steal my dog

HAWS does amazing work and it is very often a thankless one. The facilities are in great condition and despite having more animals than they should need to - they treat them all with love, care and take every precaution to ensure their health. Having done 3 adoptions through them, they are kind and fair without compromising on the animals' well being

Very dedicated and loyal staff. If possible please support them as they deserve all the help they can get.

The most wonderful of animal organisations. They are completely reliant on donations to keep the organisation afloat. Please consider a small donation

Wonderful service. Had our fur baby chipped. Really happy. Thank you

Such a great cause for distressed animals. Volunteers at HAWS Hermanus are really dedicated to the plight of these animals.
