A Veterinary Practice That Truly Cares I cannot recommend Midlands Veterinary Hospital highly enough. They have been an absolute blessing to our family and our beloved pets. When my dog was diagnosed with kidney failure, I was devastated and feared the worst. But the team at Midlands Veterinary Hospital never gave up on him. Their dedication, expertise, and genuine love for animals helped him overcome this life-threatening condition. They didn't just treat him as a patient - they cared for him as if he were their own, and that made all the difference during such a frightening time. More recently, my cat experienced complications five months after her sterilization when her body rejected the dissolvable stitches. Without hesitation, the team took her back in and provided the care she needed to heal properly. What sets Midlands Veterinary Hospital apart is clear: they don't do this job just for a paycheck - they do it for the genuine love of animals. They go out of their way to ensure every pet receives the best possible care, and they support pet owners through the difficult moments with kindness and understanding. In my opinion, they are simply the best veterinary practice in the Midlands. Our pets are family, and I'm so grateful to have found a vet who treats them that way too.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I want to say a massive thank you to the receptionists and Dr Still for the way my situation was handled today. I arrived, nearly in hysterics with worry over my cat as we had to drive from Underberg for treatment. I was treated with exemplary tact and efficiency from all staff (even the other vet onsite made time to greet me). Dr Still made sure I knew his name, asked for mine, made an accurate diagnosis, and prioritised urgent care for my pet. I also received a follow up call after surgery with an update on the situation, with another promise to update me later in the day. If you ever feel like these are small and unimportant things, please know (from the bottom of my heart) that it put me at ease and meant the world to me. I know my cat is in the best of hands, and thank you to the entire practice for your help today. I'm in awe and words can't express how grateful I am.

Dr. Marco Wasserman and the Midlands Veterinary Hospital team provided exceptional care for my cat, Eden! Their compassion, expertise, and facilities are top-notch, and they truly went the extra mile.
