Absolute Pets Knysna Mall

I have been to absolute pets for the first time ever today, and I was amazed with the friendly service, helpfulness, I will definitely go there now on a monthly basis and definitely recommend this as a stop for animal lovers. 5 stars from me, you guys! ✨️

The absolute pets in knysna is a must stop shop! Not only is the team knowledgeable they are also kind and have a real love for what they do. They are also so excited to see my dogs! My dogs and I love it there and really feel like part of their 'family'. Great job to Tash and her amazing team!!

Natasha and her team go that extra mile to help and give advice on supplies for our treasured pets .

The staff were not what we are used to at Absolute Pets. I came to buy my monthly bag of dog food at this store and the staff were so miserable and unfriendly that I felt like walking out. I’m used to the stores in the North West/ Gauteng area and the great staff that usually welcome us and are passionate about animals. The 2 in this store today seem to be there just because they got a job.

Amazing staff and great customer service. A huge shout out to Nomaphelo for helping us during our shopping and for willingly giving us advice on how to take care of our little puppy. Side note: the store is so clean and well maintained.

we love Absolute Pets in Knysna. Always stocked with the best food and treats, my Weimeraner Troy and I regularly visit the shop where he chooses his own treats. The staff are without exception super efficicient, kind and attentive. Make Absolute Pets your once a week stop. Your pet will love you more!

Natasha is absolutely amazing! I’m a shop owner myself and I’d love to have someone like Natasha work for me. She really goes above and beyond for me and my cats. Keep it up Natasha!
