Game Knysna

Store seems well stocked and offers a wide choice. What was disappointing is the shortage of teller staff. 10 check-out points but only two were staffed, with queues extending down the aisle. Surprising how little work these corporate stores seem to offer or generate in a country where there is more than 70% youth unemployment. Surely Game can afford to employ more cashiers to assist at checkout? At the same time, help address the country's high unemployment rate?

We have spent thousands at game just in two weeks as we are new in town. The service has been good thus far however today’s delivery is just unacceptable. We paid for and requested for a desk to be assembled, what was received is mind blowing

Worst game ever. Paid for a washer and dryer and after getting home it was not the right appliance but paid in full for the correct item. Then after taking it back, (at our expense and time) we were informed now they do not have stock. So later that afternoon we received confirmation that the right one will be delivered the following day. 4 days later and surprise the item is still not in store or by us as the truck was already pre loaded. Store manager Neil is so incompetent and says nothing can be guaranteed! Now we get told "let’s hope they put it on the truck in Cape Town" After spending R30 000 + in this store in 3 months and we get service like this! If we finally get our washer & Dryer we will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!

Delivery service very poor. Bought two appliances for two different properties. Paid to have them delivered to two different spots but Both have been delivered at same place. Been promised to have it corrected but to no avail.

Your newish lady, Erica, who works in the kitchen appliances section is a complete asset to Game Knysna. She is helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant! I am sure in a couple of years she will be the manager and will be good at it!

Went to Game in Knysna and had the pleasure of being assisted by Duwaine Blaauw at the tv department. His service and knowledge of which brands are best for what I have been looking for is outstanding, he went out of his way to help with the delivery our new tv. Highly recommend Duwaine.

Bought a smart tv box one month ago and the box has been giving us problems, it doesn’t support a lot of apps and recently stopped supporting Netflix aswell. Before purchasing the app, we stood there and the staff were chatting to each other and we had to ask to be assisted and we enquired from the salesman to please recommend something that will be of help to us and he recommended the tv box we bought. My husband took the box back and they refused to exchange the tv box for another suitable one. I’ve been trying to call now explaining to three different people for assistance and I’ve been transferred from pillar to post and the call decided to cut and I called again and the call is not taken serious, the lady just asked me ‘are u the tv box lady?’ After my answer she transferred me and the call was cut off again.
