Great service, Ian was very knowledgeable and helpful with my aquarium set up

This is an absolutely amazing store.I would highly recommend, especially for their excellent service which I always receive from uncle Ian.I bought all of my fish there and he even ordered some fish especially for me.He has a lot of knowledge about aquatic life and always shares it.Helping wherever he can!There are also a big variety of Aquarium plants and fish which you should definitely check out.

Update to my first review: I've been going to Pet and Pool since I moved to Knysna and the service is exceptional! They are always friendly, welcoming, helpful and go beyond the call of duty. First review - Great service! These guys and girls are awesome. I love going here for my pet supplies.

Friendly and well trained staff. They are always keen to assist and give great advice. I love the space inside the store, and they are well stocked on all pet foods and accessories.

I've found most staff & cashiers in Knysna a treat to work with, except unfortunately at Pet&Pool, where I've once quietly taken my purse and walked out in queue after poor service. Twice since the cashiers have continued to behave inappropriately when I've made a purchase. I'll drive to Sedgefield Pet&Pool if I have to, but I won't support rubbish attitude like this again.

The cashier at the counter this afternoon really could have been friendlier, greeting someone goes a long way, after all we are there to spend our money. We are new in town and still forming our impression of Knysna, and will without a doubt choose the friendliest stores to shop at.
