TWK Agri, Kokstad

I had a great experience thanks to a gentleman named Ayanda. He is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. What really stood out is how well-informed he is about animal nutrition he takes the time to explain how to feed the animals properly and what they specifically require. His advice is practical, clear, and genuinely helpful. Excellent service and customer care.

Slow system, you wait in long lines to the cashier because their POS system is slow and not updated. Then when you reach the cashier and the item you want to buy hasn’t been loaded onto the system and there was no manager present to load it, then why was it packed on the shelf if it’s not on the system, now I can’t buy the things that I need and my animals are going to go hungry because of incompetence. Their way of doing business with retail customers needs to change and they need to be more convenient to us retail customers. Its not 2005 anymore its 2026 pick up the pace of lose customers.

If ever there was a zero rating I would give to them it's now the 2nd time where I pay for something and when the product arrive it's completely different, I do not know if they do that because they take advantage of women but it's not correct. I bought poles and I got different size I only see tge final product because I don't stay in this town.

Great service and friendly staff

All in one shop with genuine merchandise, I'll definitely recommend one to go there and see yourself

They got a good service they advice well and they are knowledgeable in the field. But they need to have at least two people doing consultation or advice.... I know it's cost factor. They are good...
