All About Animals Pet store - Valley View

This pet store has a wide variety of products for dogs, cats, birds, snakes, fish, and more. They also sell live animals such as birds, snakes, and fish, so you’ll find quite a lot under one roof. However, my experience wasn’t the best. The store itself is just okay — the layout and selection are decent, but the service leaves much to be desired. On more than one occasion, I found the staff to be unhelpful and sometimes ignoring customers completely. Overall, it’s an average pet store. While they do have stock, I personally wouldn’t recommend it due to the lack of customer service.

Very comfortable place to visit. Staff is friendly and very helpful. They have everything you need for your pets at decent pricing.

Had the best experience ever! It is so neet and clean. Staff is willing to assist asap and they are all so knowledgeable. We bought a baby budgie and their service, support and guidance is something out of this world! They care about animals and about helping you take care of yours. Thank you so much for the most pleasant experience. I recommend this pet shop to everyone! You will not regret it. Thank you All About Animalis Pet Store Team. Special thank you to Cindy for all your patience, guidance and support.

The best by far. Eager to help, always friendly. Thanks for you assistance with my bird and his well being. Your shop is well stocked. The animals are happy and healthy. The staff is great, especially the lady working with the baby birds.

Thank you so very much for your help, advise and instructions for a sick baby bird not even brought from your store. The advise given as well as the feeding and formula wise was amazing. Thank you so much. You went out of your way to help and it is really very much appreciated. You should be a 10 stare rating. Thank you.

I was helped by the friendliest most helpful lady Audrey. She took the time to explain everything to me. Gave me a sample of a product, explained pricing and everything. I would highly recommend all about Animals make sure to ask for Audrey!

Staff is very friendly. Found everything I needed. Prices good and shop is clean. Animals look happy and healthy. Thank you Cindy for always assisting us with a smile. Will definitely come back.
