Since they wouldn’t put up my review on their website. I’m posting it here. I bought a waterproof lavender collar in small. I’m a huge fan of Dear Pet Co. In my last order, I ordered multiple items and was absolutely thrilled with craftsmanship and quality. They look absolutely stunning and my dog and I love them. I was, however, bitterly disappointed with the waterproof collar collar. The material is very stiff and uncomfortable. It’s an awkward shape because it points out where the adjustable ring/clasp (the one you use to loosen or tighten the collar) is so half of it has a weird triangular shape. The other ring that you can push down does not stay down, it continually goes back up so the part of the collar that it’s supposed to be pushed together gapes out and looks strange. I’ve tried multiple different things over the last two weeks to shape it but to no avail. My dog absolutely hates it because it’s uncomfortable and looks terrible. I am going to have to throw it away. I also bought the matching leash and I’m not sure what to do with that now. This issue is not normal with PVC collars as I have multiple friends who have bought from other companies and theirs are softer, much more comfortable and perfectly round. This is quite disappointing. I feel that Dear Pet Co shouldn’t sell a product that isn’t up to standard. I don’t know if it would work better with a dog with a bigger neck (mine is a Miniature Schnauzer) but my experience has been really bad. Saying that, I still love everything else from Dear Pet Co and I’ll still be buying things from them again in the future. They’re a great company and have a host of other gorgeous products. They just need to go back to the drawing board with the waterproof range…

there is no communication from Dear Pet. order placed and transaction processed, delivery promised in 5-7 business days. i have whatsapped multiple times, tried to phone, emailed and there is nothing, like contacting a total void. products purchased were off the shelf and not custom made. this is thoroughly unacceptable customer service, i would imagine it being easier to communicate with a floor tile. probably less frustrating too

Placed an order and nowhere did it say it would take 15 days for delivery even though Im a couple of kms away. Only after I paid did I get a confirmation of order mail and telling me it will take 15 days!!!! 15 days for cbd cookies for my dog who has pain. I sent a mail...NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OR RESPONSE. Ive now sent a mail asking if theyre even a legitimate business and Ive asked for a refund. Based on what Ive read here I guess I wont be getting that either.

I bought the burrow bed, and the quality is amazing! My dog loved it right away. They were out of my chosen color, but the company contacted me the same day and made a custom combination. Delivery was also quicker than expected.

I've supported many different companies over the years but Dear Pet Co. has been my absolute favourite. I order my Pekingese a jacket in medium and it fits her very well, the quality is also exceptional and I can't wait for her to be all toasty and cute this winter.

Received my order today for my two puffer jackets for my Frenchies. Wow! Excellent quality, beautifully packaged and delivered on time. I highly recommend Dear Pet Co. 🙂
