I have in my life not experienced such excellent service anywhere. My pond pump gave in. Within 15 minutes the new pump was delivered and installed! Thank you Hannes for such excellent service
UNFORTUNATELY we decided to use IPP Supplies and are bitterly disappointed with their service. After being told the pump was fine and would be put in today, no one came back to us except one employee. The poor soul then found out that the pump was NOT fixed and that they 'need a part', so the pump won't be ready until next week. It is totally unacceptable that ONE person out of the THREE we have dealt with is doing his job. The rest are liars and slackers! Never again!
