Quick service, great look & feel. One of a few PnP stores without a queue any time of the day. The supervisor by the name of Naledi is super friendly, smart and is never tired to assist! Big ups!
I love this PnP since the upgrade i do 1 shop and get everything on my list. Staff great. Best Butcher and happy to cater to my needs with a smile. As a pensioner the Wednesday discount, double points a free morning tea with cake just makes my day. They remember me and greet me. I feel special in this shop.
A lovely mall. Even in the evening it is well kept and a pleasure to be in. Down side is that it is a bit wayward out. However the the options of shops available and the fact that they have an iMAX cinema, makes it a desirable place to be.
Staff not very helpful or to friendly. Waiting at the help desk for over 15 minutes, before the 1st reaction, with 5 staff members behind the desk. One chatting away on her cell phone, obviously an private call
I'm posting this to warn other people, be aware that the tellers just randomly add R1 to you bill for a feed the nation "donation" usually I wouldn't mind, but that would entail them asking me first! When I pointed it out as to why I am paying this random amount, the cashier literally just laughed at me! Unacceptable! R1 or R1000, noone has the right to take your money without first asking, is that not technically stealing? Not impressed pick n pay if this is your practice 😡
I went to PnP Cradlestone yesterday and I’m not happy with the security, not the staff . They treat customers like thieves, there’s a guy who was following me and making me feel uncomfortable. He even grabbed my clicks plastic from my hand without my permission just to check if I was stealing. I will never visit this store again 💔
Slow service rather go to Spar between 7-9am. You’re guaranteed a quick in and out
