Shop is clean 🧼 5 Star The staff/ Crew are too rude and don’t care about clients . If the was a way of rating then negative 100 I would. I was badly and unfairly treated

Maybe value for money but by no means a pleasant experience. Rows between rack are crowded, trolleys and crates hog 80% of client space. Going to the tills are even worse - promotion items block lines for customers forcing them to be creative and form dysfunction crooked ques filling space between the shipping rack even more. O and the time to go through payment slo-slo-slo. Took more time to pay than the actual shopping. From entering it was a frustrating experience. 1st time here and definitely also the last time.

Such a variety of new and old products. Great selections at Deli and prices are really good. SPAR/CHECKERS/PICK N PAY could learn a thing or two. Plenty of open till to facilitate your happy shopping experience!!

Good shopping centre. Huge shop with many cashiers. Allowed to enjoy other shops. Liquershop amazing. Great bakery.

Affordable prices and very clean establishment with amazing food quality! And the biltong and freshness from the bakery down to the kind staff! Definitely would recommend 🤌🏾

On Saturday the 22nd of November 2025, I purchased a top loader washing machine from President Hyper in Krugersdorp, paying cash in full at 12:45. I also paid for delivery and specifically requested same-day delivery, which the store confirmed would be done. At 14:21, my fiance received a call from the delivery driver, who assured us that the washing machine would be delivered within the next hour to hour and a half. Despite this promise, no delivery was made by the end of business day. I did not delay payment or provide late details—the store had everything they needed upfront. Yet, they failed to honor their commitment. This is unacceptable service, and we are now strongly considering requesting a full refund and taking our business elsewhere. President Hyper’s failure to deliver as promised has caused unnecessary inconvenience, and I expect immediate resolution to the problem or my money refunded to me in full, so that I can take my business elsewhere where customer service and customer satisfaction are being taken seriously.
