Shoprite Mini Krugersdorp West

I usually hate going shopping, but this store has made shopping so heavenly for me. This store has the friendliest staff who go out of their way to help you as the customer. The cashiers always have the biggest smiles making our shopping experience quite lekker.

Unfortunately this place is very small and cramped. Certain items are very hard to find and i searched 10min to find the airfreshner. This is the longest wait i have had in years at a till point! There are no packers and the cashiers take double the time to pack. Unacceptable guys

All I can say is, the fridges stinks like old meat almost every time, and it's not the butchers fault, the store should fix the fridges. And we had a bad experience in this year where my daughter who has epilepsy, slipped on the floor and had a seizure . All happened in the time frame of atleast 10 minutes. Another shopper offered assistance, when I asked one of the cashier's if they have a first aid at Shoprite in case something happened like what happened to my daughter, she could not answer me. Overall this store is just not the best.

Overall the service level has been adjusted to suit the enviroment/neighborhood. Based on their target's behaviour I would say they are doing their very best.

Aldo the prices for kids luch boxes is low the slow moving till points is the biggest problem with this business. Not one time that you wait less than 5min at the check out. Need more tiles open at pick time. I think all rewards card is a rip of and all clients shield get a special not only to card holder. This will bring more clients to the store. Shelves are well stock and price on the shelves available is kwait good. Well done. Overall cleanliness is good. The shopping experience is dramatically spooled due to check outs. Could be 5 ⭐ if that is sorted. One big concern is the is the receiving truck blocking the road and trucks driving past school up in one way to turn around in school time big risk to kids safety. Papers and waste water stinking up and messing the street at receiving. Messing the neighborhood.

Worst ShopRite ever. I was assisted by someone with the name Portia, when I said to her I said want to withdraw money she complained in her language to the packer. She was rude and arrogant. They all have terrible attitudes like they are doing you a big favor by working there. This is a low class store with low class management.

Love this shoprite well organized just some times they need to have more workers to reduce the que
