Poor service at beacon bay game store, bought a new A06 phone january, mid-february it just went off, refused to charge. When I take it back to Game. They said they I must take it to Vicente vodacom coz if they take it themselves it will take about 21 day I took it to Vicente vodacom, they said I have to pay, when I inform the game store,they said I was not supposed to take it by myself. I told them that it is you, who send me there. They said they sorting it out. For them to tell me the fone had water faulty so they can not pay. Of which is not true, the fone is with me they never checked just avoiding to fix the fone, or refund

Worst service I have experienced in a while. The staff have terrible attitudes when serving.

I bought a printer Canon last month on the 4the unfortunately I can't find my receipt but I have the records of the transaction on my bank statement. The printer is not working as it should and they refuse to refund or exchange without the receipt even though I called and explained my situation before going to the store and they agreed to assist. They can do the reprint when it works in their favour l.

I purchased a lot of items from game and shop here monthly. Today I had an item for price drop, and it seems that they have this promise to match any price but as soon as you want to do it they make you wait. I am currently standing in game and have waited 40 minutes already for them to confirm that the service provider has stock. They have already phoned the other service provider and it has been confirmed but they still make a person wait out of spite it seems. Terrible from game

During my recent visit to Game at Beacon Bay Retail Park, I found the staff to be friendly and attentive to my needs. They provided me with the assistance I needed to find the products I was looking for, and I was satisfied with my purchases. However, I was disappointed to find that the display for the smart phone I was interested in was more than half empty. This made it difficult for me to fully assess the product and compare it to other options. I would have appreciated a wider selection of products and a fully stocked display to make a more informed decision. Overall, while I was happy with the service I received from the staff at Game in Beacon Bay Retail Park, I would recommend that they improve their product selection and stocking to better serve their customers.

I had a disappointing experience at the Game store in Beacon Bay. I bought a Russell Hobbs iron from them last year, and it recently stopped working. When I took it back to the store, I was informed that it wasn't covered under warranty because I didn't register for the Russell Hobbs 1-year warranty. The issue is that no one informed me about the need for this registration when I purchased the iron. As a customer, I feel it’s the store’s responsibility to inform buyers of such requirements. I’m very frustrated with the lack of proper communication and customer service.

Been waiting the whole morning at Game Beacon Bay and Tevo for our air fryer after repairs under guarantee. Already 4 weeks and not 2 weeks as promised. Every time we come back the truck is on its way. Now told the truck did or could not deliver. They now say they told the truck to return and deliver our oven. Look at the reviews and see the prescribed repeated same answer. Nonsense service! Update: We went there around 09:30 and left around 15:30. Eventually the truck arrived with our oven. When we tested the oven the door did not close properly so the oven wouldn't switch on. According to the worksheet, they replaced the inside of the oven, although the bottom element created a short. I can commend Simnikiwe of Tevo who was the only person who really put in the effort to find our oven while it was travelling to and fro between branches. Eventually, he collected our oven from the truck and when it still did not work, he was able to get permission to substitute it with a new oven. Addition: See the Game standard response to my review.
