Lovely friendly staff, always happy to advise. I needed to return an item and it wasn't a problem. This is our go-to shop when our kitties need more food. Generous with their loyalty discounts as well .
Very friendly, helpfull and well trained staff. I nearly bought the wrong food for my dog and was immediately corrected and was adviced what to feed her. The 2 young ladies makes a mean team and the energy in the shop is awesome. A friend of mine ordered food for his pet and sure enough he was called as promised when it arrived. Most impressed and i really recommend this place to EVERYONE
